DIY Doppelachser

Hi, Hinterhers—here are a few photos of my two-axle trailer. When I ordered the drawbar, I made the mistake of not checking the height difference between the axle of my 29" hardtail and the trailer’s loading area. That’s why I had to build an unintended front wall. Unfortunately, I also don’t have brakes on the trailer, and you really notice that in the Bergisches Land. With the trailer, I’m looking at almost 60 kg empty weight, which has to pull or push me and my organic bike downhill. You really think twice about where you’re going and what you’re bringing along.🙃
But Modultec has promised to help me improve the frame with aluminum profile rails and accessories. Thank goodness!
