Familienradtour mit dem Tern GSD und einem Fahrradanhänger
Which is better, a cargo bike or a bike trailer? We have a preference, but we’ll say it anyway: both! Because here we see another great example of how cargo bikes and trailers can complement each other perfectly. On a family bike ride, the question always comes up: who’s going to carry all the luggage, and don’t the kids want to ride on their own sometimes? But what happens if they can’t bike the whole way? Who gets to ride the bike then?
But we also see lots of other great uses in these lovely photos from the H. family. Who’s going to haul the Tern away when it needs to go to the shop? The trailer.
„Dank des Hinterher-Anhängers konnten wir im Juni 2025 das Ziel unseres zweiwöchigen Campingurlaubs mit dem Fahrrad erreichen. Zwei Tern GSDs in Kombination mit einem Thule-Anhänger und dem Hinterher-Anhänger ermöglichten uns unterwegs und vor Ort maximale Flexibilität und Komfort. Dank der Fahrradschiene konnte das 24Zoll-Fahrrad je nach Bedarf auf der Alubox auf dem Anhänger transportiert werden.
Eine weitere Einsatzmöglichkeit der Fahrradschiene ergab sich im Oktober 2025, als eines unserer Lastenräder unterwegs liegengeblieben war. Wir transportierten es mit dem zweiten Tern auf dem Hinterher-Anhänger in die Werkstatt.
