The large information booth trailer with an awning
A Presence on Equal Footing – Approachable, Accessible, and Unrestricted Mobility.
With our convertible bike trailer, you can reach your target audience right where the action is: in bustling pedestrian zones, on tree-lined park paths, at playgrounds, markets, and other public spaces. While traditional information booths are often limited to areas accessible by car, your presence begins right where cars are forced to stop. At the same time, your setup benefits from the positive image of the bicycle as an unobtrusive, quiet, eco-friendly, and safe mode of transportation. In just a few simple steps, you can unfold the umbrella and tabletop—creating an inviting space for interactions on an equal footing.

Create a gathering place in just a few simple steps
You ride your bike right to the place where you want to be. Once you arrive at your destination, you can transform the trailer into a beautiful and inviting information booth in just a few simple steps. Of course, if you prefer, you can also easily and effortlessly position the booth exactly where you want it on foot, or use it entirely without a bike—for example, in lobbies or exhibition halls.
How does the large information booth trailer handle?
The info booth trailer can be attached to any bicycle or e-bike in a matter of seconds, provided it has a bike hitch installed. For short distances and when speed isn’t a priority, the info booth can also be easily ridden without electric assistance. However, for comfortable use over longer distances and if you want to carry a lot of items, we recommend an e-bike.
How is the information booth set up?
The large information booth trailer can be set up or taken down by one person in about 2–3 minutes with just a few simple steps and no tools.
The trailer is detached from the bicycle
The two-legged stand on the trailer is folded down
The support at the rear is lowered
The umbrella is being inserted
The table legs are inserted into the snap-on tabletop
The detachable tabletop snaps onto the box
The umbrella is opened by turning the crank

Logos and Corporate Design
You have the option of decorating the aluminum box of the bike trailer with stickers or a professional wrap. To do this, we recommend that you contact a local car wrapping company directly through the information booth. This will make communication much easier and allow you to coordinate your preferences, placement, and design much more precisely on-site.
Two tabletops to choose from
You can choose between an oak finish and dark gray. We have the tabletop custom-made for us by a woodworking shop in the greater Munich area. We use an extremely high-quality, highly durable, and weather-resistant HPL coating.
How else can I customize the box?
Upon request, we can equip your information booth trailer with aluminum rails mounted on the sides. Now you can hang various items there or attach our high-quality display boards. Here’s an example of the small information booth.
Can I also use the information booth trailer on foot?
Yes, the large information stand with an umbrella can also be easily moved without a bicycle if needed. There are two options to choose from. A retractable support wheel allows the trailer to stand on its own and makes it very easy to push by hand. The swiveling support wheel also allows for optimal maneuverability even in the tightest of spaces. The second option can be combined with the support wheel or selected on its own: The drawbar mount, located at the front center, allows you to switch the drawbar from bicycle trailer mode to handcart mode (and vice versa).
Why do we use an aluminum box?
We want you to be able to use the information booth trailer every day, in any weather, and over long distances—even without an e-bike. To achieve this, it must be as lightweight as possible, completely weatherproof, and yet robust. Our German-made aluminum box and our other high-quality components—which have proven themselves thousands of times over in demanding professional use—meet these requirements. Only in exceptional cases do we manufacture information booth trailers with wooden bodies, as shown here, which are significantly less suitable for everyday use, much heavier, and more expensive.

If something breaks
Every one of our bicycle trailers is designed to be extremely easy to repair should a component ever become damaged or worn. All parts are easily accessible and can be replaced using basic tools. Every single component—even the industrial bearings in the wheel hub—is available individually from us.
"The Hinterher is so full of clever ideas and solutions. You don't know which one to be most excited about."

Award-winning
We have received numerous awards for our innovative bike trailers and our sustainable business and production practices. Our bike trailers have also been tested frequently in the trade press. You can read press reviews here.
Regional manufacturing, sustainable business practices
Almost all components of the Hinterher are manufactured in our immediate vicinity. Only a small number of parts are sourced from Northern Italy and Sweden. Short supply routes, high environmental and social standards, local value creation, and outstanding technical expertise define our manufacturing approach.
Each Hinterher is assembled by our team in the west of Munich according to customer specifications. For shipping, we reuse cardboard and process it with our “green monster” into protective packing material. For us, true sustainability means building products that are made to last—and that can be repaired when needed.
FAQs
-
The Hinterher is very easy to pull. You’ll notice it most when starting off; otherwise, our bike trailers handle very neutrally. This is due to the low mounting position of our trailers on the bike, which has virtually no effect on riding dynamics. Even when loaded, the Hinterher is surprisingly easy to ride. Compared to cargo bikes in particular, even inexperienced cyclists can handle a trailer more easily. Please note, however, that the same rules apply to riding with a trailer as to driving a car: Ride cautiously and adapt to the conditions! Carefully test your trailer’s handling in various scenarios to get a feel for its capabilities—but also its limits.
-
You’ll need to attach a Weber coupler to your bike’s rear axle—either on its own or together with your bike’s kickstand—just once. The coupler then remains on the bike permanently. This allows you to connect the trailer to your bike at any time with a single “click” in just a few seconds.
We use the high-quality Weber hitch 'Made in Germany,' which has been the gold standard in the cycling industry for many years and is designed to be extremely robust.
-
The good news: We can install a high-quality Weber hitch on almost any bike. Generally, there are two places where the hitch can be installed on the bike: on the rear wheel axle or together with the bike's kickstand, if it meets the requirements.
We'd be happy to advise you on choosing the right clutch. Please send us a photo of your rear wheel (taken from the left side as you face the direction of travel).
If you would like to check for yourself which Weber hitch might fit, you can look it up in our coupling guide (PDF) here.
