The large information booth trailer with an awning
A Presence on Equal Footing – Approachable, Accessible, and Unrestricted Mobility.
With this handcrafted-looking bike trailer featuring beautiful ash wood details, you can reach your target audience right where the action is: in bustling pedestrian zones, on tree-lined park paths, at playgrounds, markets, and other public spaces. While traditional information booths are often confined to areas accessible by car, your presence begins right where cars are required to stop. At the same time, your setup benefits from the positive image of the bicycle as an unobtrusive, quiet, eco-friendly, and safe mode of transportation.
Consistent appearance
The information booth trailer with a canopy is a high-quality and very sturdy box trailer. It offers a considerable amount of storage space and exudes a very special charm when set up. The shape of the canopy and the intricately crafted frame made of beautiful ash wood give the information booth a nostalgic, artisanal touch.
Can also be maneuvered on foot
The information stand with awning can also be easily moved without a bicycle if needed. There are two options to choose from. A lowerable support wheel allows the information stand to stand on its own and be pushed very easily by hand. The swiveling support wheel enables optimal maneuverability even in the tightest of spaces. The second option can be combined with the support wheel or selected on its own: The drawbar mount, located at the front center, allows you to switch the drawbar from bicycle trailer mode to handcart mode (and vice versa).

Carved from special wood
The mobile information stand derives its distinctive character from the shape of the awning and its wooden frame. It is reminiscent of traditional market stalls, a look further emphasized by its handcrafted construction. Ash wood has always been the preferred material for awning frames due to its outstanding properties and elasticity. It is painstakingly handcrafted in Germany over many hours and features numerous thoughtful details and ingenious design solutions. In just a few simple steps, the frame can be folded up for transport and secured on the trailer.

Award-winning
We have received numerous awards for our innovative bike trailers and our sustainable business and production practices. Our bike trailers have also been tested frequently in the trade press. You can read press reviews here.
Regional manufacturing, sustainable business practices
Almost all components of the Hinterher are manufactured in our immediate vicinity. Only a small number of parts are sourced from Northern Italy and Sweden. Short supply routes, high environmental and social standards, local value creation, and outstanding technical expertise define our manufacturing approach.
Each Hinterher is assembled by our team in the west of Munich according to customer specifications. For shipping, we reuse cardboard and process it with our “green monster” into protective packing material. For us, true sustainability means building products that are made to last—and that can be repaired when needed.
FAQs
-
The Hinterher is very easy to pull. You’ll notice it most when starting off; otherwise, our bike trailers handle very neutrally. This is due to the low mounting position of our trailers on the bike, which has virtually no effect on riding dynamics. Even when loaded, the Hinterher is surprisingly easy to ride. Compared to cargo bikes in particular, even inexperienced cyclists can handle a trailer more easily. Please note, however, that the same rules apply to riding with a trailer as to driving a car: Ride cautiously and adapt to the conditions! Carefully test your trailer’s handling in various scenarios to get a feel for its capabilities—but also its limits.
-
You’ll need to attach a Weber coupler to your bike’s rear axle—either on its own or together with your bike’s kickstand—just once. The coupler then remains on the bike permanently. This allows you to connect the trailer to your bike at any time with a single “click” in just a few seconds.
We use the high-quality Weber hitch 'Made in Germany,' which has been the gold standard in the cycling industry for many years and is designed to be extremely robust.
-
The good news: We can install a high-quality Weber hitch on almost any bike. Generally, there are two places where the hitch can be installed on the bike: on the rear wheel axle or together with the bike's kickstand, if it meets the requirements.
We'd be happy to advise you on choosing the right clutch. Please send us a photo of your rear wheel (taken from the left side as you face the direction of travel).
If you would like to check for yourself which Weber hitch might fit, you can look it up in our coupling guide (PDF) here.
