The small information booth trailer with an umbrella
A Presence on Equal Footing – Approachable, Accessible, and Unrestricted Mobility.
With our mobile bike trailer, you can reach your target audience right where the action is: in bustling pedestrian zones, on tree-lined park paths, at playgrounds, markets, and other public spaces—even in places you can’t reach by car. While traditional information booths are often tied to vehicle access routes, your presence begins right where cars have long since had to stop. At the same time, your setup benefits from the positive image of the bicycle as an unobtrusive, eco-friendly, and safe mode of transportation. The umbrella and tabletop unfold in just a few simple steps—creating an inviting space for interactions on equal footing.

Create a gathering place in just a few simple steps
You ride your bike right to the place where you want to be. Once you arrive at your destination, you can transform the trailer into a beautiful and inviting information booth in just a few simple steps. Of course, the booth can also be moved easily on foot or used entirely without a bike—for example, in lobbies or exhibition halls.
How does the small information booth trailer handle?
The information booth trailer can be attached to any bicycle or e-bike in a matter of seconds, provided it has a bike hitch installed. For short trips and when speed isn’t a priority, the info stand can also be ridden easily without electric assistance. With a total weight of 36 kg when empty, it weighs less than most children’s bike trailers carrying two children. However, if you need to ride longer distances, tackle a few hills, or carry a lot of extra gear, we recommend an e-bike.

Where else can I display my logos and corporate design?
You have the option to decorate the aluminum box of the bike trailer with stickers or professional vinyl wrapping. To do this, we recommend that you contact a local vinyl wrapping company or graphic design firm directly through the information booth. This will allow you to communicate directly with the graphic designer and discuss your exact preferences, placement, and design without any middlemen.
What tabletop options are available?
You can choose between a light wood finish and a neutral shade of gray. We have the tabletop custom-made for us by a cabinetmaker in the greater Munich area. We use an extremely high-quality, highly durable, and weather-resistant HPL coating.
How else can I customize the box?
Upon request, we can equip your information booth trailer with aluminum rails mounted on the sides. You can hang various items from them or attach our high-quality display boards.
Why do we use an aluminum box?
We want you to be able to use the information booth trailer every day, in any weather, and over long distances—even without an e-bike. To achieve this, it must be as lightweight as possible, completely weatherproof, and yet robust. Our German-made aluminum box and our other high-quality components—which have proven themselves thousands of times over in demanding commercial use—meet these requirements. Only in exceptional cases do we manufacture information booth trailers with custom-built superstructures according to special requests; however, these have significantly lower suitability for everyday use.
Can I also use the information booth trailer on foot?
Yes, the small information stand with an umbrella can also be easily moved without a bicycle if needed. There are two options to choose from. Thanks to a lowerable support wheel, the trailer stands on its own on three wheels and can be pushed by hand very easily and effortlessly. The swiveling support wheel allows for optimal maneuverability even in the tightest of spaces. The hand-pull handle can be used in combination with the support wheel or selected on its own: The handle mount, located at the front center, allows you to easily switch the handle from bike trailer mode to handcart mode (and vice versa).

If something breaks
Every one of our bicycle trailers is designed to be extremely easy to repair should a component ever become damaged or worn. All parts are easily accessible and can be replaced using basic tools. Every single component—even the industrial bearings in the wheel hub—is available individually from us.
"The Hinterher is so full of clever ideas and solutions. You don't know which one to be most excited about."

Award-winning
We have received numerous awards for our innovative bike trailers and our sustainable business and production practices. Our bike trailers have also been tested frequently in the trade press. You can read press reviews here.
Regional manufacturing, sustainable business practices
Almost all components of the Hinterher are manufactured in our immediate vicinity. Only a small number of parts are sourced from Northern Italy and Sweden. Short supply routes, high environmental and social standards, local value creation, and outstanding technical expertise define our manufacturing approach.
Each Hinterher is assembled by our team in the west of Munich according to customer specifications. For shipping, we reuse cardboard and process it with our “green monster” into protective packing material. For us, true sustainability means building products that are made to last—and that can be repaired when needed.
FAQs
-
The Hinterher is very easy to pull. You’ll notice it most when starting off; otherwise, our bike trailers handle very neutrally. This is due to the low mounting position of our trailers on the bike, which has virtually no effect on riding dynamics. Even when loaded, the Hinterher is surprisingly easy to ride. Compared to cargo bikes in particular, even inexperienced cyclists can handle a trailer more easily. Please note, however, that the same rules apply to riding with a trailer as to driving a car: Ride cautiously and adapt to the conditions! Carefully test your trailer’s handling in various scenarios to get a feel for its capabilities—but also its limits.
-
You’ll need to attach a Weber coupler to your bike’s rear axle—either on its own or together with your bike’s kickstand—just once. The coupler then remains on the bike permanently. This allows you to connect the trailer to your bike at any time with a single “click” in just a few seconds.
We use the high-quality Weber hitch 'Made in Germany,' which has been the gold standard in the cycling industry for many years and is designed to be extremely robust.
-
The good news: We can install a high-quality Weber hitch on almost any bike. Generally, there are two places where the hitch can be installed on the bike: on the rear wheel axle or together with the bike's kickstand, if it meets the requirements.
We'd be happy to advise you on choosing the right clutch. Please send us a photo of your rear wheel (taken from the left side as you face the direction of travel).
If you would like to check for yourself which Weber hitch might fit, you can look it up in our coupling guide (PDF) here.
