The Glamorous “Tin Car”
Anyone who wants to transport a tuba will quickly run into limitations with conventional trailers. It’s not so much about the weight itself, but rather the instrument’s large dimensions and its unique center of gravity. This testimonial from Karl Schwerzer, an instrument maker from Petersaurach, shows that our Hxxxl-Light, paired with the right aluminum case, offers a solution.
When the Car Gives Out: Transporting a Refrigerator
“Dear Hinterher Team,
—I wouldn't have been able to fit that in my car!”
Cycling is pure efficiency—it’s fast, affordable, and clears your head. But many people think that freedom comes to an end when you have bulky items to carry. That’s true at some point, but with the versatile Hxxxl light, you can push that limit much further.
Apple Juice in Brittany
Who says you have to stop at a bike trailer? Hélène Chevalier from “Pépinière de Belle Fontaine” sent us photos from the heart of Brittany, showing how to move really large loads.
Theater with a Bicycle Trailer
The BrilLe Theater, a theater for children, teens, and adults, has put together a very special play. Here (just like here), everything revolves around a bicycle trailer. In the play “The Box,” Rosie, a package delivery driver, is assigned the task of delivering this mysterious object:
Mr. von Ribbeck auf Ribbeck in Austria
When we saw this lovely feedback from our customers in Austria, we immediately thought of Theodor Fontane’s classic novel, in which pears also play a central role. May we also confess that we are huge fans of this very trailer model, the Hxxxl light?
Power Duo: The Cube e-bike and our olive-green workhorse.
Sure, you can find bike trailers online for 100 euros. But a cargo trailer that can really take a beating—like this beautiful Hxxxl Light in olive green, optimized for a wide range of uses? That’s a whole different story. Why is that?
Family bike ride with a bike trailer and lots of luggage
When we were younger, we often went on long bike trips with just a couple of panniers and were perfectly happy with that. But anyone traveling with a family quickly realizes that this no longer works, because children can’t carry everything themselves—even if they’re already riding along. So you need a different kind of luggage solution, such as a bike trailer.
Hxxxl Bike Trailer for Vegetables from Gmües Mattli
The Swiss team at Gmües Mattli knows how to transport large quantities of vegetables efficiently. The Euroboxes fit perfectly on their large Hxxxl trailer, stacked in three rows—one behind the other and one on top of the other. For added protection, they made their own tarp and secured a frame using our corner clamps.
Mobile Service Trailer
If your bike or e-bike breaks down, the Fix My Bike repair service run by Ralph Jakobswill come by and help you out. At least that’s possible in Leipzig, where we’ve set up one of our nice bike trailers as a mobile repair shop.
Like a truck
A Hinterher Hxxxl light can be outfitted to accommodate a truck tarp cover using our corner clamps and an aluminum frame. A customer plans to use this cargo trailer to transport vegetable crates while protecting them from the weather.
